1. Acceptance
By using Ossidex you agree to these Terms. Ossidex is developed by Ossidex.
2. Medical Disclaimer
Ossidex is NOT a medical device. It is intended as a supplementary viewing tool. Do not use Ossidex as the sole basis for clinical decisions. AI-generated analysis is for informational purposes only and may contain errors. Always consult qualified medical professionals for diagnosis and treatment.
3. Subscription
Ossidex offers Pro subscription with weekly, yearly, and lifetime options. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before period end.
To cancel: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Ossidex.
4. Free Tier
Free users may store up to 10 scans and 2 patients simultaneously. All viewing tools are available. Deleting scans frees space. Pro subscription removes all limits.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse engineer the app, circumvent subscription requirements, or use the AI feature to generate diagnoses for patients without proper medical oversight.
6. Limitation of Liability
Ossidex is provided “as is.” Ossidex is not liable for any clinical decisions made based on information displayed or generated by the app. Use at your own professional discretion.
